Here’s the latest #BayAreaRealEstate 🏠#MonthlyMarketMinute ⏳ where I go over the sales transaction data from each county for the month of December 2023. As expected, the holiday slow down continued, but Santa Clara County median home prices still held strong.
2023 was a down year in all leading statistics: new inventory, transactions, sales volume, and median prices. A full year of high interest rates had a big impact on the market here.
