Here’s the latest #BayAreaRealEstate 🏠#MonthlyMarketMinute ⏳ where I go over the latest sales transaction data from each county for the month of January 2023. To no surprise, the number of transactions and sales volume saw another decline.
We are seeing extremely low levels of inventory across the Bay Area. The amount of new listings to hit the market have been decreasing since June of 2022. There was a slight uptick in January listings from December, but we’re still well below the amount of homes for sale from one year ago.
