Some people are under the impression that a market crash is the perfect time for them to buy. Well, they may want to rethink those plans. For one, a “crash” may not happen again like 2008. And more importantly, if the housing market does indeed take a nose dive, then that means mortgage lenders aren’t going to be going out loans to people as freely. So don’t get your hopes up too high folks!
